Lovage
Lovage is an essential member of any kitchen herb collection. Crushed seeds are used in bread, leaves chopped and sprinkled on salads, mash potato, omelettes and lots more. A little goes a very long way. Leaves can be used in tea. It is not a shy herb, and will offer a citrusy zing when used.
The word Lovage is an old English name for 'Love Parsley'.
