Dwarf Curry Plant Herb Plant

Helichrysum italicum microphyllum
About the Curry Plant 'Family': Small, bushy, evergreen, herbaceous shrubs from the Asteraceae family with straight silvery green foliage and clusters of bright yellow flowerheads in summer. The foliage has a very strong aroma similar to curry which are used as a spice, although not being related to the Curry Tree or much used in Asian cuisine. The leaves are often stewed or barbequed in with Mediterranean meat, fish or vegetable dishes to impart their strong flavour being removed before serving. The flowers keep their bright yellow colour once picked and dried so are much used in dried flower arrangements.
About Curry Plant Dwarf: Dwarf Curry Plant is exactly what it says. A shorter, more compact form of Curry Plant.
