Chilli Pusa Jwala Plant

A cayenne type chilli that is very productive. The fruit start off a lime green and later ripen to a bright red. The chillies also have a characteristic bumpy shape. This chilli is a fantastic choice for Indian dishes. Heat 5/10 with fruit that are long, thin and bumpy, can grow as long as 12cm.

As with all Chilli plants they love the heat, after all they are subtropical. This is especially true when they are young. All Chilli starter plants should be grown on the windowsill or a greenhouse until they are established and the weather is warm.
