Tomato Gardeners Delight - Plant information

Size: Typically grows to 60-90 cm tall with a spread of 45-60 cm. Compact growth suits garden beds and containers.

Position: Grow in a sunny spot with good air circulation. Tomatoes perform best in well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Protect from strong winds to prevent damage.

Feeding etc: Feed with a balanced tomato fertiliser every two weeks once fruiting starts. Pinch out side shoots to encourage better fruit production. Regular harvesting promotes continuous fruiting.

Care: Water regularly to keep soil moist but not waterlogged. Support plants with stakes or cages to manage growth. Remove any yellowing leaves to maintain plant health. Watch for pests like aphids and treat promptly.
