Silver Queen Thyme - Plant information

Size: Grows to approximately 10 cm tall with a spreading habit reaching up to 30 cm. Forms a dense mat that fills gaps effectively.

Position: Thrives best in full sun with well-drained soil. Suitable for rockeries, borders, and herb gardens. Prefers a sheltered spot to protect from harsh winds.

Feeding etc: Apply a balanced fertiliser in early spring to support growth. Prune lightly after flowering to keep the plant compact and healthy. Avoid heavy pruning which can reduce vigour.

Care: Water regularly during dry spells but avoid waterlogging. Trim lightly after flowering to maintain shape and encourage fresh growth. Mulch in spring to protect roots and retain moisture. Remove any dead or damaged stems promptly.
