    Dianthus Alpine Morello Star - Plant information

    Size: Grows to approximately 15 cm tall with a spread of up to 30 cm, forming a dense mat of foliage and flowers.

    Position: Prefers full sun to partial shade. Thrives best in well-drained, slightly alkaline soil. Ideal for rockeries, borders, and alpine gardens.

    Feeding etc: Apply a balanced fertiliser in spring. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering. Cut back after flowering to maintain shape and encourage fresh growth.

    Care: Water moderately and avoid waterlogging. Remove faded flowers to encourage continued blooming. Hardy and low maintenance, it requires minimal feeding. Protect from extreme wet conditions in winter.
