Dianthus Alpine Berry Blush - Plant information

Size: Grows to approximately 15 cm in height with a spread of around 30 cm. Its low-growing habit makes it perfect for ground cover or front of border planting.

Position: Prefers full sun to partial shade for best flowering. Thrives in well-drained soil and tolerates dry conditions once established. Ideal for sunny borders, rockeries, or containers.

Feeding etc: Feed with a balanced fertiliser in early spring to promote growth. Deadhead regularly to extend flowering. Cut back after flowering to maintain a tidy shape and encourage fresh growth.

Care: Keep soil well-drained and avoid overwatering to prevent root rot. Remove spent flowers regularly to encourage new blooms. Hardy and low maintenance, suitable for most garden soils. Protect from severe frost with mulch if necessary.
