Dahlia Nagano

Nagano is stunning and unusual. A decorative water lily variety, with bright red petals, dipped at the edges in white.  A real star for floral arrangements and bouquets.  Excellent for back of borders and for cut flowers.

Dahlia are breathtakingly gorgeous flowers, that come in nearly every colour you could dream of. Dahlia are a genus of tuberous plants of the Asteraceae family. Pollinators like bees and butterflies, are drawn to dahlias, which provide a rich source of nutrition. Brought to Europe in 1789, named after the Swedish scientist Andreas Dahl.

Decorative Dahlias are exactly that, decorative. They all have double flowers. They have petals that are usually flat and wide. An excellent choice for cut flowers.
