Chilli Multicolored Bird's Eye

This chilli is a feast for the eyes as well as culinary uses. The pods change colour which is in itself pretty epic, going from purple, pinky on to orange. Some will also have hints of flame red. It is a medium chilli with heat 5/10 which makes it incredibly versatile in the kitchen. If you love a sambal this chilli is perfect.

As with all Chilli plants they love the heat, after all they are subtropical. This is especially true when they are young. All Chilli starter plants should be grown on the windowsill or a greenhouse until they are established and the weather is warm.
