Chilli Kashmiri Mirch

Kashmiri Mirch is a medium spiced chilli. They are deep red in colour and make for an exceptional curry paste. It can be found in dishes like Rogan josh. They bring a bright red value to the dishes, without the heat intensity. A staple in most Indian dishes. Heat 2/10.

As with all Chilli plants they love the heat, after all they are subtropical. This is especially true when they are young. All Chilli starter plants should be grown on the windowsill or a greenhouse until they are established and the weather is warm.
