A traditional cottage garden plant that has a soft and graceful appearance. This upright perennial will form a sturdy clump that will come back and fill your garden with colour year after year. Growing to a height of 80cm and spreading 50cm this Aquilegia plant makes a great middle of the border plant.
The fern-like leaves will disappear in the winter but as the spring gest a bit warmer that will poke their heads through the ground ready to put on a colourfull display of flowers in the summer.
This plant is completely hardy in the UK but does not like to sit too wet.
