How To Plant Your Collection

Creating a beautiful display is easier than most gardeners think.

Step 1 – Prepare The Area

Remove weeds and loosen the soil.

If planting into containers, use fresh compost where possible.

Place the plants in position before planting.

Move them around until you are happy with the layout.

Dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball.

Plant at the same depth they were growing in the pot.

Firm gently around the roots.

Water well after planting.

This helps settle the soil around the roots.

Most plants need regular watering while establishing.

After a few weeks they become much more resilient.

Gardening does not have to be perfect.

Plants grow, fill out and change over time. Focus on enjoying the process.
