Delosperma Desert Jewels Garnet - Plant information

Size: Grows to approximately 10 cm tall with a spreading habit up to 50 cm wide, forming a dense mat.

Position: Prefers full sun for best flowering and growth. Thrives in well-drained soil and tolerates poor, sandy conditions. Ideal for rockeries, borders, and containers.

Feeding etc: Feed sparingly with a balanced fertiliser in spring. Light pruning after flowering helps maintain shape and encourages new growth.

Care: Water sparingly once established, as it tolerates drought well. Avoid overwatering to prevent root rot. Remove spent flowers to encourage fresh blooms. Very hardy and requires minimal maintenance.
