Achillea Cloth of Gold

A Beautiful Yellow flowering Achillea which has a sturdy upright habit. The plant itself grows to around 1.8m in height much of which is the flower spike. These plants are nice and hardy and can cope with so many different conditions.

Achillea is a group of flowering plants from the Asteraceae family. It's named after the Greek mythological hero Achilles as, according to legend his soldiers grew it to treat their wounds. Most Achillea have fern like, aromatic, rich green foliage and large, flat clusters of tiny flowers on tall stems. These flowers can vary hugely in colour depending on the variety and are very attractive to insects.
