How to plant our Petunia Starry Night Collection

On Todays 5minute Friday, we are going to show you, how to plant our Petunia Starry Night Collection.

This collection has 3 different varieties, we have Starry Blue, Constellation Virgo and Constellation Aries. These are spectacular, with their velvety flowers, deep purple, with an inky black, then speckled with white, they truly are a vision. They will flower through the entire summer.

Let's meet the stars !

Constellation Aries is a unique breath-taking flower, when looking at this you could confuse it for a constellation. Aries is purple with white spots that look like magical stars in the solar system.

Constellation Virgo is deep vibrant purple with white spots, that look like magical stars.

Happytoonia Starry Blue is a unique breath-taking flower, when looking at this you would think of looking at stars, within its beautiful rich velvety purple petals.

  1. Fill the pot with a nice well-draining compost and tap it down to get rid of any air gaps.
  2. Make a hole about the same size as your plug, then just pop it in, and gently tuck it in.
  3. This step may look like sacrilege, but trust me, nip the tip off, what this does is encourages the plant to bush out. The bushier the plant, the more flowers.
  4. Now give it a good water, and you are done, remember Petunias don’t like frosts, so don’t put it outside, until the weather is frost free.
